As a paranormal/horror blogger I can assure you these child abuse ads are the most scariest and saddest thing I’ve ever seen. Probably because things like that are happening RIGHT NOW at this very INSTANT.

And it’s horrifying but hopefully these ads bring more attention towards it.

I got these from this buzzfeed article. You can view more ads and the sources for these ads there as well.

last year I made some of these and I was never really satisfied with them. Today I made some more and tried to apply the things I learned such as:

- let the chocolate dry at room temperature NOT in the fridge

- instead of filling them with a liquid, fill them with something a bit sturdier so that they are easier to cover

- use a paint brush for making sure the chocolate is distributed well

- make sure the filling is room temperature before putting it in the chocolates and sealing them, and

- BE PATIENT

I couldn’t find any flavouring for the filling I made so I used orange liqueur for the orange filling and a Berry flavoured alcohol for the blue one.

unfortunately I broke two because if you push down on the centre of the mould when you try to get them out they will crack, it’s better to push on the edges.

Also, these things are freaking huge. Like for real, they are not bite size chocolates okay.

sorry for crappy pics!
